I thought IPD sold seat foam? Don't see it on their site. Where else to purchase?

Hello:

You could buy it from iPD, but it would cost you at least 10% of the total value of your car...

Go with Tony's suggestion-- get the foam out of a passenger seat at a junkyard. I've never paid more than $10, and that included springs for seat grid and seat heater elements and switches. Get a new seat grid from the dealer-- the design is updated and last time I checked they were cheaper than iPD on those parts too. Also, when you have the seats apart, carefully remove all metal then wash them in the washer with regular laundry soap and air dry them.

Rebuilding the seats is a very worthwhile project-- your back will thank you!

Good luck!

IPD does sell it. BIG$$$$$$$$$$$$

I'm sure you know that the foam from a hardly used Passenger Junkyard seat works great for the drivers seat. Easier on the wallet
