244 car, Mustang (?) 02 sensor, making a Rosetta Stone connector 200

If your brick uses an O2 sensor, then you may know that the "drop in" Bosch price is about 4X the 13982 Bosch that is supposed to work OK once the wires are changed over.

Note that other Bosch p/n sensors can also fit, but with cutting and crimping to hook on to the odd-wad Volvo connector.

My intent is to make a "Rosetta Stone" coupling, Volvo on one end, Mustang (or whatever) on the other. Very short wires in between.

Here's what I need to know. To get the Mustang connector into which the 02 sensor connector will fit, I think I need to go to the parts counter of a Ford dealership and ask for a ??? from a __(year and engine)__ Mustang. AND, I don't know the info on the Mustang.

If you know the answer, please post here. No doubt other bricksters will be interested in this idea.

Many thanks,

Bob

I use a Bosch sensor for a '90 Ford Escort(cheapest in the catalog when I looked); I got the connectors at the pick-n-pull.
