240 steering wheel adapted to 940 ???

I have a 1990 240 that we really like for the past 17 years. When I get into my 1994 940 the horn button is in a different place and is not as convienent as the beloved 240. Has anyone ever put a 240 wheel onto a 940? Yes, they both have SRS.

    hello
    if you put a R sport steering wheel on either car there is different steering wheel adapter, so i would guess you can not do the swap.
    not 100% positive.

      Agree. The answer is essentially, "no".

      Of course, there's nothing that can't be solved with enough money, time, and/or tools. In theory, you could machine the 940 steering shaft to match the diameter and spline count of a 240 wheel.
