Will I Redid both fuel injection relay, radio suppression relay,open them up and replace rpm sensor .Car will run and then die,replace power stage allso.Humm what next??Dieing fuel pump?

I've seen some relays that didn't respond to the reflowing solder technique-- particularly aftermarket white box ones. You might consider springing for new ones-- they aren't that expensive from places like FCPgroton.com.

One additional suspect on the turbos is the injector ballast pack.

After that, I am running out of "usual suspects". What is your charging system output voltage?

Well it seems that the Used power stage I got was bad,Pulled one out of my 240.No stalling,install this into the 240 and it stalled out after some mins.Its good to have three volvos.

I don't recall what fuel injection system was on that model but there is a fuel pump check valve (next to main pump) on a Bosch system. Check fuel pressure at rail also. Also, how old is the fuel filter?
