Yes, I have Christopher. You'll have to setup an account then bid. You'll need to make sure you contact the seller at some point (after 24 hours) to make sure he/she will ship internationally.

Use the translation services to figure out how to setup an account and make bids - it's a pain but might be worth it in the future.
