Hey everyone how Y'all doing

It seems my car woas are gettin worse :(> After having the front and rear seals on the transmission changed, then i started getting random cranking issues, thought it may be the starter, so i decided to wash the engine where the starter is at the car wash, also went over engine compartment wiring connections, i found one relay with some corrosions on the connection harness, Now when i try to crank it all i get is a few clicks, then the car goes black, no lights, no power at all! after a few min it had power tried again, it clicked went dead, now its dead, what should i check??? Here is a photo of the relay with corrosion......

Like ArtBenstein says, it's probably a bad connection. Turn on your headlights switch and then start moving the battery connections. The headlights should come on when you find the problem.

Hi Wes,

This isn't a relay problem. It is a battery cable problem.

The easiest approach would have you cleaning the battery terminals, but knowing you've had tranny work, you might want to check that battery cable at the starter solenoid too.

If you've already done this and haven't mentioned it, you may have cables defective inside the terminal crimps. They don't last forever.
