While this is a forum to solve issues and problems, ask questions, etc. I thought I should report on a completely uneventful trip from Baltimore to Nashville over the past two days. I towed a 5X8 U-haul filled with furniture and stuff, staying in 3rd when the mountains of eastern Tennessee demanded. The sign on the U-haul states 45mph maximum. The owner's manual admonishes no more than 55mph, so I split the difference and kept it at 60 all the way.
I noticed that I fell into this odd state of being with everyone, including semi's and big ass SUVs pulling horrendous trailers passing me up. I skimmed along in the right lane only venturing out when necessary. A almost surreal feeling of contentment w/o anxiety over people moving to slow or too fast or to dangerously. I was out of their way in the right lane.
