I have read a few people say to stay away from the Scan Tech version of the OD solenoid for a 240. Any luck, good or bad from the Kahler OD solenoid?

I just replaced my non-functional OD with the Kahler brand from FCP Groton in Jan this year and so far, so good. My mechanic tells me that the solenoid is pretty well built, with a very satisfying click when activated.
