Hello all

I don't need an exact measurement, just an close number. I am going to replace all the steel lines (along with a complete brake rebuild) on my PV 544. How much line do I need to buy? If you are thinking "Why doesn't he just get under the car and measure???", my car is in my parents garage 2 hours from me.

    I can give you a close measurement . The lt. rear to junction block is 17 in. The rt. rear to the same junction block is 44 in. The rubber hose from the junction block on the diff. to the body is 15 1/2 in.[ male/female]. The female end attaches to the junction block leaving the male end to accept the line that attaches from the master cyl. which is [approx. 88 in.] The line from the master to the left front connection is [approx.9 - 12 in.] The line from the master to the right front connection is [approx. 60 in.] The line from the master to the fluid res. is [approx. 24 in.] These measurements I had written down a long time ago when I still had a little sense.       Actually I made a mistake on the rubber hose from the diff. to the body. The male end screws into the junction block leaving the female to accept the steel line. ledfoot

    If you are going to make all your own lines by cutting and flaring, I have 25' rolls of bulk brake line for a reasonable price.

    Don' do dat!!!
    You can buy ALREADY MADE brake lines at any REAL auto parts store, with flares & fittings, in all usefull lengths. CHEAP!!!
    Get under the car & measure.

    ps: The brakes are all USofA Wagners.

      Hi, I had my brake lines for my 67 210 made by Inline tube. I sent them my old lines and they duplicated the bends and ends. Perfect Job. You can get them in steel or stainless. i got steel.www.inlinetube.com Tel 8003859452
