My method -
Post the pic to an external site such as photobucket.com or on web space at your isp. Instead of uploading from your pc direct to brickboard.
Then put the pic's url at photobucket or wherever, into the "image url" space when posting to brickboard.

Brickboard seems like it might have a size limit on the # of characters in the url. So don't go nuts with a long file name or elaborate nested folders wherever you get your picture hosted.
