hey i am having trouble finding just the plug for this Volvo Ignition Control Unit http://www.programainc.com/files/641.pdf unit i just bought this volvo and the plug is messed up and i cant find a 10 pin plug the same, it is looking like i cant find it with out buying the whole harness and i cant spend that kind of money could anyone please help me find either a used one or new i need one a.s.a.p my wife driving daily. the car has over 300,000 miles on it other than that it is an awsome care someone please help!!!!!!!!! hey i just found out i need a control unit and plug can anyone help?????????

I got that plug a few years back at a Volvo dealer and the price is very reasonable. Why do you think the plug is at fault? Have you replaced the fuel system relay? Dan

the plug inside the female pins are all wallowed out and a couple wires are broaken at the base of plug and on the ecm 1 pin is broak off and a wire is soldered inside of module.

Read my other post,Go to the junk Yard and get another ICU and harness.This will be the cheapest way out.

hey i got it solved a gentelman from here helped me get the parts at a great price and shipped them realy fast awsome thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!

Is the harness what is bad, are the small pins sleeves.If you need another ICU then just put in #107 plenty of them at the junk yards.What is the complete # on the 641 ICU.There are plenty of harness at the junk yard.If the sleeves are missing they are more than likely still in the harness itself.
