Trouble turning 900 1991

1991 940 turbo 170K miles.

So i have an intermittent problem. I pulled into this gas station and as i was turning right, my car started feeling resistant when i wanted to turn. I did a few laps around the station and I dont know how to describe what is happening other than it feels very hard to turn, not at my steering wheel but at the wheels. Power steering fluid is full. Problem resolved itself after a couple laps. Anyone have a clue as to what might be causing the turning resistance?

    Trouble turning 900 1991

It is probably the small Hardy Spicer joint at the bottom of the steering column just the other side of the bulkhead (engine side) Spray it with WD 40 if still stiff heat can be applied to it when it`s out of the car. The heat of the exhaust after so many years dries the grease in it.
