trans.fill tube nut size please 200

Is it 15/16ths I can't remember.Need to remove the tube. Thanks, Charlie

    If you absolutely do not have to remove this gland nut, then don't do it. If you are only going to change the fluid, drop the drain plug and refill. Even Volvo says not to try to remove the dipstick tube unless it's necessary. There is not really a filter inside, but a strainer. It does not have to be replaced. If you really must drop the pan, then the easiest thing to do is to remove the bolts at the starter/dipstick tube (there are two of them) and drop the tube with the pan. Don't ask me how I found this information out, or how I know this. Trust me, I do know.....The hard way.

      Hi .... do you recall the size of the return line fitting nut? Don't know if I have a hose big enough to slide over it and direct to the drain pan. Thank you.
