Plugs for a B20 fuel injection head 1800

Anyone out there have some advice on plugging the fuel injection ports on a 74 B20 head. I want to put the head on a 1800 with a weber. Thanks in advance!

Plugs for a B20 fuel injection head 1800

Years ago a buddy and I converted many cylinder heads. We threaded the hole with a tap and inserted allen head set screws plugs--clean looking and effective.

If you have access to a bandsaw, just cut some plates of 1/8" alu and bolt them down...like this:

Not a downdraft Weber, I hope!!

Plug the ports with 7/8" freeze plugs, saucer type as opposed to cup type.
