Unless you have a very early car (83-84, I think) they are pretty much all interchangeable on the 740 and 760 series cars, and maybe even on the 940s as well.
Note, though, that there are differences in hubs, brakes and wheel bearings through the range of years, some of which are significant. If you have ABS, for example, the replacement must also come from an ABS car, or you won't have anywhere to mount the sensor. There are different tone rings for the ABS, depending on year, but those are not too hard to swap. The hubs went from being one piece with the rotor, to conventional two-piece, to two-piece with sealed bearings. The first two types are interchangeable as complete assemblies (you can put a two-piece setup on in place of the older one-piece type) but I'm not sure if that's also true of the sealed bearing ones.
Your best bet is to figure out exactly what configuration you have---type of hub, ABS or not, type of tone ring if equipped---and match it as nearly as possible. It would help if you had mentioned the year of your car.
You should also take a close look at the other side---you may find that you are in need of not one but TWO strut assemblies. If you do just one, you will need to take the strut apart and install your cartridge in the replacement unit, so that it is the same age and condition as the other side, but if you do them both (and they both came off of the same car) they should match (and you might even be lucky enough to find a car on which they were recently replaced)
