misses when cold,high idle 200

my 89 245 with 195,000 miles recently started to miss when cold a little bit. If i accelerate from a stop it will also miss.After it warms up it seems to run fine except it seems to idle just a little bit high. Any suggestions? thank you.
It seems to start okay though.

    I had a simular problem and it turned out to be a bad intake manifold gasket. With the engine at idle, try spraying WD-40 around the intake manifold where it bolts to the head. If the RPM's increase, you have found an intake gasket leak.
