Is a 1991 245 supposed to have an idle adjustment screw? 200 1991

Our 1991 245 has a big black throttle adjustment screw just like the our earlier 245. I'm still fighting the idle issues and I wonder if this throttle body has been swapped out for some reason? I have a 1989 parts car and I can pull it's non-throttle adjustment screw throttle body if need be.
Thanks,
Len

Someone put on a throttle body from an older one.My 91 245 didn;t have that.&or any idle srcew.
Idle is determined by the proper adjustment of the throttle body.
