I have a 1990 740 turbo wagon with over 200,000., miles running no problems with the tranny however, as stated in the FAQ they last about 250,000. Does anyone know about [ball park figure] a rebuild would cost? I am on the east coast if that matters any and my tranny is an automatic aw71.

$200-300 from Toms in CT, they scrap a lot of volvo's .
