Battery loosing charge overnight S90-V90 2001

Can anyone give me a tip of what may cause a my battery to loose charge even though it has been charged and water level is good?

It all started when I was in a parking lot with the radio on not realizing the headlights were on as well then the battery goes dead. Since then every morning I wake up a low battery (not dead) as I can unlock my doors, and the radio runs but not enough power to start.

Thanks

I agree, have your battery tested. The other thing I've noticed on these cars is that the truck light sometimes does not go off. Luckily, there is a manual switch at the light so you can leave it turned off and just turn it on when needed.

mine did the same thing. Sit in the car while my wife does the grocery shopping and *bingo* dead battery. It kept getting worse and worse until finally the battery wouldn't start one morning. Bought a new battery, and everything is fine now. Apparently that dying in the parking lot thing is the first sign of trouble. You probably also notice that your headlights go dim and bright at night right after you start up and put it in gear.

Just make sure you have your stereo security code handy before you disconnect the battery.

Have your battery and charging system tested,it is a free service at many parts stores. It is most likely a worn out battery.
