940 A/C question 900 1992

I own a used 1992 940T. Lately A/C isn't as cold as it used to be.
I decided it was low on refrigerant (R134). When I attach a hose
to low pressure side valve, green foam comes squirting out, kind of like
shaving cream. I assume this is lubricant...but why in frothy form?
I'm not sure what to make of it. Why is the stuff coming out? Is there too
much lubricant? Am I still low on refrigerant?
Any opinions welcome.

940 A/C question 900 1992

The PO added some florescent die to find a leak in the system. If you get a UV light source you might find a leak. A common spot is the metal line that runs along the Pass side frame rail and up to the evaporator. They corrode through on the bottom of the line where it touches the frame. A hard leak to find! (don't tell me how I know).
