Howdy,
I removed a 740 window recently. It looked identical to what you are dealing with on your car. The clips looked different from the ones you show but the arms attached to the sliders the same way. I am not certain the bobby pin shaped clips you show in your picture are the ones that need to come off to free the window mechanism.
Feel on the backside of the pins where you have arrows drawn. Can you feel a metal clip similar to the one located on the shaft that is located in the upper left of center location of the picture? If so, you need to get to those pins on the backside and slide the clips off. Once those clips are removed, the arms will pop out. You might have to jiggle it around a bit. Now remove the clip on the shaft that slides with the mechanism that is located in the upper left of center location of the picture; that is the other end of the arm that rides in the front track on the bottom. The entire motor and arms assembly should be free from the glass now.
The glass is held in place with plastic clips on the bottom of the glass that slide in the tracks. Once they are clear of the pins on the arms, the plastic slides will come right out the end of the track. You may have to work those off the bottom of the glass, I don't recall. The glass, once free of the lifting mechanism, will lift out at an angle, rear first, tilted to the inside. Just keep working it until it comes out.
When you put the glass back, be sure to get it into the track in front. If the window does not track properly, it will pop out and jam and maybe even break something. Be sure to check alignment at all points with the window up and down and all points in between. Make any adjustments necessary before calling it a done deal.
Let us know how it goes.
EDIT>>
I forgot; the motor is bolted in. You can unbolt it to gain room to move the glass. If the object of the exercise is to replace the motor anyway, then of course it must come undone.
