rough start 200

As you might recall I had a starting issue when the car was warm. that was solved and it starts well. Ocasionally though when starting hot it seems to be missing on one cylinder. After running for a few seconds it goes back to normal on its own. All the electrical components have been checked and there are new wires, cap and rotor. Could this be injectors?

Start the engine after dark, and with the hood up, check for spark tracking (arcing) to the cylinder head. I had this same problem, and one of the new plug wires was leaking at the metal shield. Mine was on #4 plug, and so it was difficult to see.

What did you do to fix the original problem?

I'll look for arcing though this problem occured before and after I changed the spark plug wires. With regards to my previous problem, After determining that there was no spark during the no start episodes it turned out to be the distributor. The pickup is heat sensitive apparently.
