Includes some nice video of the Combi and that Dash Clock that comes up from time to time...

    Watching them reminds me that the Swedes drove on the left side of the road until 1967. BUT - as the footage shows, their cars were LHD! As the part of Norway I grew up in receives Swedish TV signals, I vividly remember the massive campaign prior to the crucial date; Sept. 3rd 1967 - "H-day" ("Right" = Höger").

    Rumors claim that some timid souls felt that such a big step should be implemented gradually, and suggested that buses and lorries got a 14 days head start...
