Need the name of a FI part 900 1995

I have a leaky fuel component that goes from the fuel rail to a solid green fuel line on the fire wall. This part has a metal somethingorother in the middle. I don't think it's the fuel pressure regulator because it doesn't have the vacuum line going to it. It may be a return line. It's the other component connected to the fuel rail besides the regulator and the injectors. The green fuel line it goes to on the fire wall is located next to the brake booster.
Can anyone tell me what this does or the name or even the part number?
Please help!
