I have been looking locally for a set of steel wheels to mount snow tires on without much luck. Aftermarket new ones are available, but they are quite expensive. Are there rims from other makes that fit the 700/900 cars?

    If you have ABS, rims from earlier Volvos (700 series) won't clear front calipers. TireRack used to offer steel rims for the 900 cars at a very good price as part of a mounted snow tire package.

    Best deal I have come accross is at Tasca Volvo. 49$ and 10$ S&H. The interesting part is the S&H doesnt go up if add extra tires....dont tell them!
