Floor Pan Repair/Replacement 120-130

Hello Everyone,

My rear floor pan is rusty and has a small hole in it. I'm sure many of you have experienced this problem, so how should I fix it?

Links to informative threads or websites would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,
Colin

Uhh, detailed picture????

First step is always evaluate the problem. Small hole, like a pin could fall through or small like a foot, such as the flintstones car?

How rusty is it? A relatively small hole could mean a lot of rust.

Scroll down about 36 posts to Dynamoes "Putting a V8 into a 68 122". He is my body shop hero. Every trick in the book is shown in great detail. Or you can do like me and sand it, Use POR 15 and fiberglass cloth, and paint it.

Sand it, weld up the small hole (using a patch if necessary), and paint both
sides. Then undercoat the bottom side.
