Creaking 200

there is a creaking in my front end when i steer. I dont know what it is or if i should get it checked out?

Ideas or thoughts? All input is appreciated. Thank you.

I would try greasing the sway bar "U" bushings. They can creak like mad when they get dry. 10 minute job.

In addition to the other posts, be sure that the four subframe bolts are tight on your car. This is usually more of a "clunk" when starting and stopping, but it might be something to check while you've got your tools out.

ball joints, bushing, strut bearing, any of the above. (putting money on bushing)
