My 91-780 has the same IRS system as the 92-94 960 sedan. Parking brake is shot. Need everything, cables, sheath from the center to each wheel. Figure I may have better luck here than in the 7 series section since there are probably more 960's. Anyone have these items? There is not much space to get tools or hands in the tight area. Really little room from the center to the wheel.

May this ifnd you well. If Volvo Vadis is accurate, I may have these cables. They came with a lot of Volvo parts. The front cable in question - which runs from the parking brake housing to the rear end - likely is part 6819031. It does not bear the name "Volvo". This part may have been carelessly stored or lightly used: it has rust on it. I also have the cable from the center to the right - 6819032 - the rubber boot does bear the name Volvo.

The right and left cables are about $30 each, at a Volvo dealer. The front cable is about $60.

Presuming this cable will fit, I'd be happy with $15, plus shipping. I'll use the lowest-cost method, likely a USPS flat-rate box (about $11, to anywhere in the USA).
