Working on Major Project need info 120-130

Hello everyone, I'm currently redoing areas of my 122 and I need some info. I'm moving the brake booster to the passenger side under the dash because I'm cleaning the engine bay of "Everything" and I need to know the line size. Also, I'm removing the old mechanical fan and adding a electrical one and I need a parts list of what I need to buy and what works well with the b20f motor for cooling purpose. It already has a radiator from a 140 which is larger then the stock 122. When I'm done the only thing you will see when you open the hood is just the motor nothing else. No wires just simple old school. Replacing all the rubber vac lines with copper lines and also the fuel line to the weber in copper. Also the radiator hose will be replace with copper tubing with silcone ends. Will post pictures when done.

I have achieved control of such a fan by cutting a hole in the bottom of the radiator and having a threaded fitting (from an old Fiat) braised into it then fitting a thermo plug of the correct temperature. The plug has 2 spade fittings in it onto which the wires going direct to the fan are fitted. It works very well with the fan coming on at the right temperature.
The fan is from Kenlowe in the UK but I suppose any suitable fan could be used and controlled by such a set up.
This would certainly enable you to achieve a wire free/uncluttered engine bay.

I'd break out the Summit Racing and Jeg's catalogs and start looking. I don't have any more ideas than that.
