Old Parked Cars blog.

Hi guys. I like to lurk the board but rarely post, and I confess I feel a little bit uncomfortable promoting my blog here when most of you have no idea who I am. But hey. Here tis. Take a look, if you feel so inclined. :)

Old Parked Cars blog. Well worth the visit, thanks. (photo enclosed)

    Nice work, Tony.

Glad to see my old '54 Stude represented. My memory doesn't recall the "Commander" designation, just the "Starlite Coupe" part. But since mine was the cheapie version, with the B pillar ($2,100 or so), maybe it was a "Champion"?

IMO, the original clean design went all to hell after the Packard merge -- phony fins and OD of chrome, etc. Even the Avanti does does little for me.

Pic below is a period photograph.

Nice work Tony. I can appreciate the effort getting the format consistent. Makes it a pleasure to browse.
