Anyone know exactly where the door chime is under the left part of the dash panel?

No, it is not under the steering column cover, it is roughly behind the instrument cluster and a bit lower if I recall correctly.

The module is located near the steering column behind the black flexible cloth cover. The module is light blue to medium blue in color and the top side has speaker slots in it.
