tan/white spatter trunk paint 120-130

122S trunk/boot is cleaned, seam sealed & DP40 epoxy primered.

Has anyone found source for tan/white spatter trunk paint?

I know 122s did not have spatter paint original, and most of boot doesn't show with mat, side panels installed, but it looks clean and it's what I want.

Just can't find local source other than grey/white and aqua/black trunk paint.

I remember Buicks or other GMs with tan/white spatter finish.

Any sources?

Thanks

The stuff for gm's is generally water based and awful. I haven't used it since the 60's. You can get epoxy garage floor paint at most real paint stores like sherwin williams. Eastwood used to have some stuff, but I've never tried it. Most auto paint stores can get some better stuff, but, they won't have it in stock, and if your countermen are anything like ours here, don't bother. Use the internet, but beware of junk.

Thanks. Just the experience I wanted to tap.
Yep, I find waterbased stuff at Chevy restore shops and Olds forum guys hate it.

Epoxy garage floor paint. Good thought, wouldn't have have thought of that. It should seal up good.

Any idea if they make it spatter patterned?

I know they do, i was looking at it wishing I had the money to paint my floor! It comes in kits and you choose the flake color you want. I seem to remember it's a 3 part process.
