Runner IMO, I'd buy that in a heartbeat if it was out here, based on an honest description. But I'm... having issues, *grin*

The paint and body look quite decent, as Will said it could be a FPR or other fairly simple thing. It cranks so something can be learned; bring a compression tester, that to me is the up or down. But I did love me some '90, so... mine had 290k and ran virtually perfectly.

How about cheap car to start with. Good paint and body, but might be rusted to pieces.

Could be a RSR causing the problems, or a bad fuel pump fuse. At the least, it's got 4 tires and tons of parts.
