I saw a V70 the other day. It had dual exhaust and said 3.2. It was really a nice car. Fire engine red. Not sure of the year but looked brand new. Did Volvo make a V70 with a V8 or is this an aftermarket. It looked lowered but a family was in
it.

    Newish (2010 and up?) V70's are available with the 3.2 inline 6 that has been offered in the XC90 for several years. This is a descendent of the 2.9 that first appeared in the 960 model.

    As said, you will get better details on the FWD forum, or go to Volvo's website and poke around the new car specs.

    Might do better posting this in the brickboard.com/AWD/ forum. Guys that hang out there
    know a lot more about the new models.
    Also you can check "V70" in the model section.
