Can ATF be used in the power steering pumps of a 240 and an '98 S70?

    Absolutely.
    Don't put Dexron in your tranny though. It is too slick for friction surfaces.

      What are you talking about dude?

      Dextron is the recommended transmission fluid for both models.

      Capacity: 7.8 US qts (7.4 liters)
      Fluid type: Automatic Transmission Fluid type Dexron II D.
      Replace: every 20,000 miles (32,000 km).

            There are plenty of cowboys around here, although I haven't been mistaken for one lately.
            I did start wearing blue jeans again since I lost some weight and look a little better in them.
