outrigger pattern 120-130

While replacing the inner wings on my 122, I've discovered that the transverse outiggers (crossmembers) are rusted out and have to be replaced. I know that there are aftermarket pieces available, but would like to bend up my own. Has anyone been down this road and made a pattern that I could use?

A full scale pdf would be great, or at least something with accurate dimensions that I could scale up.

Or if someone has one and could make a drawing with accurate dimensions, I could probably work from that.

On GCP's site - http://global.gcp.se/global/catalogues/nav47255?type=sc

in section 8A> page 9 or 11 > fig 17 > part number 653687 "crossmember"

thanks

What's wrong with measuring up your own outriggers? Nothing wrong with wanting to make your own if you have the right equipment but banging a sheet of steel around a piece of angle iron and hand trimming the flanges etc is quite hard work if you're looking to get a pair of neat and accurate sections. These pieces aren't expensive and IMO are good value for the time and effort saved. You may have to repair the floor above it so you can practice your metal skills there. If you've got access to a box bender and power guillotine, buy one, make 5 more and sell the extras.
