The new system I'm using is very flexible. Last night I switched from a "large" to a "small" instance. I'm trying to find the minimum that I can work with to make sure I'm not paying for more than I need.

I've been watching the vitals and it is definitely working harder than the previous instance.

How's it looking from your point-of-view? Is it slower? Is it not noticeable?

It does not seem any slower than anytime since you finished up the changes. It is much nicer now.

I was complaining a few weeks ago about the speed but after the work you have been doing it is very quick. Thank you.

Thanks as well for the fix on the internal email. It is nice to be able to contact people through the board in that fashion. Otherwise we have to do the best we can in giving out our email in a way that might elude the spammers.

Great to hear that it's paying off. The expense isn't too bad either so that's also a big win.

The anon email thing is a very effective way to beat down spammers. The anonymous email is only good for a small amount of time. This leaves them with worthless accounts in short order.

I'm thinking about making that a service that others can tap into. Small sites need this.
