Idleing 200

My 84 DL wagon will not idle at all when cold. When warmed up it idles roughly. I checked for vacuum leaks, found a couple split hoses which I fixed but didn't make much difference. Any ideas?

    Idleing 200

    Here are ideas I have:

How's your mileage? How's your AMM(air mass meter)? What happens if you unplug it?
How's your IAC (idle air control) valve?
Have you warmed it up and set the base idle with the throttle plate bypass screw? There's a procedure for it in the FAQ under LH2.2/2.0. The blue/white wire I grounded was on the driver's side, near the battery. Even the Haynes manual I have had the location, but the FAQ wasn't clear about where in general to find the wire.

Have you cleaned your throttle plate? How does it idle when hot?

We need lots of info to make up a theory for you :)
    Good Luck!
