Round/Square transmission mount? 84 240 B23/M46 200 1984

Hello fellow brickers.

I ordered a new transmission mount from IPD and it shower up... it's round.
This one.
The one on my 240, however, is square and looks more like This one.
Should I go ahead and change it? I'm hoping to leave in the next hour or two and don't want to get into a bunch of work that won't work out.
The transmission is an M46 with the (non-working haha) overdrive.

Thanks!

Round/Square transmission mount? 84 240 B23/M46 200 1984

The round tranny mount is for 1986 and earlier 740s with M46. The 1987+ 740s with B230 M46 cars use a different square mount, the same one as the automatic transmission cars use. The image is from FCP Groton's site,

The B234 powered cars use the round mount. IPD's site is wrong when they list the round mount for 1987+ 700 series with M46.

Some of the 240s also use the round mount.

I think the m46 uses the round one, what is currently on the car? The square one, there are 2 types is either for the M47 or the auto trans.

The flat square one is on the car now, but I'll be darned if it doesn't look like it belongs there more than the round one does. What are the odds someone put an M47 crossbar on the car? I can look again sometime, I'm sure it wouldn't hurt the ride to install a new trans mount.
