There are a slew of wires I cannot figure out their home. There are brown wires connected to each other with a small red connector in the middle. I'm thinking this is for the dash lights that connect to the rehostat, like 3 in this bundle. Then there are a slew of black ground looking wires. Also I'm not sure where these all connect to. Any help would be appreciated, but please don't go tearing into "the mess" to help.

Hmmm. Is this illustration showing an 85 and older?... I don't recall seat latch lights on the newer ones. Also, I don't see the hazard light wire.

The manual is a 91, and yes there are lights in the seat belt latches, just they rarely work. Bentley tells you how to get at 'em.

The ground for the hazard light switch is shown on the map I sent you for that question. It is shown on the top of the switch. SB is "swedish black" if you want a good mnemonic.

Excellent, thank you. Yes, my finger can be clunky when typing on this little device and there seems to be no going back when hitting the thumbs button incorrectly. Much like taking apart the center console.. No going back.
