1965 122 automatic. I picked one of these up the other day.

Is the tranny fluid level checked while hot or cold in these?? I have no info on it in my manual.

Normally, the tranny fluid is checked while hot and fully expanded.

I've forgotten if the marks are lines or cutouts at the bottom of the stick on the BW35 transmission--but it will have two marks--the lower one for cold--the upper for hot. Use only "F" type fluid. -- Dave
