I have a 1980 242. I just replaced the in-tank pump and the car still ran bad. So I bought a bosch main pump and installed it. I have a leak from the pressure side around the banjo fitting. I have looked at the parts stores in my area and I cannot find seal rings that will fit properly. I called bosch and they do not have a part number for the seal rings, they only sale the fitting that sits against the pump in a kit. Where can I get these rings and how do I stop this leak? I read the post from yesterday about the 245 pump leak and someone said to replace the rings, where can I get them? Does anyone have any other suggestions? I need my car to be back on the road asap.

Not to complicate matters, but are you certain the Banjo Bolt itself is not leaking?

They have been known to fail due to corrosion. There is a recent thread here on that topic...replacements are apparently available through a guy on ebay.

If you have eliminated that as a cause of leakage , then auto parts stores can provide copper (crush) washers as the others have indicated.

Any Auto store like Car-Quest should have little Bins full of different sized Copper Washers in various sizes. The are also used on Brake lines and Oil Plugs. So there are many different sizes to choose from.
One Washer on the banjo bolt, then the circular Gas line then another washer. Then screw it into the Pump
