Hello.. I've narrowed down my problem to: no voltage to injectors. Is this an ECM problem?

radio suppression relay more than likely. Look around the overflow bottle. Two relays there. swap them and see what happens. one for radio suppression the other for aux fan. Interchangable.

Originally i tried jumping the two main leads into that relay and it started. Next start attempt failed. Tried replacing the RSR with two other ones of the same Part# - to no avail. The fuel pump won't run but does work with 12v applied from a hard source. There is spark to the plugs, charged fuel rail, no voltage to the injectors... I checked continuity to the fuel pump-good..fuses good. voltage on both sides of the fuse and into the relay at the fuse panel. ???

replaced ignition. fuel pump relay shows 4.25 voltage drop on the coil to the injectors. I hold in the contact on that and it starts and runs. Also replaced fuel pump. Help!

Just a hunch, Maybe the RSR socket is messed up?

Look at the socket for the RSR and see if you have loose pins to the relay
so that the pins don't grab the relay, and /or loose crimps to the relay
socket pins.
