Question about urethane bushings 200 1990

Hi,

I'm in the middle of replacing some of the old bushings with urethane bushings.

My question is with the lower alternator mount, bushing closest to firewall-

It has a large steel washer in front of the old bushing.

So when replacing the old rubber bushings with urethane ones do you guys NOT use the steel washer? There is really no room for it with the new urethane bushings.
