      No idea what problem is, Paul's likely correct as usual.

      For repair I higlyh recommend Larry at Ray's Auto Stereo in Sacramento CA, email: ldtheradiogeezer@gmail.com.

      He's fixed 2 for me (and added Ipod input jacks while at it) and I know he has at least two 122 Bendix AM/FMs in for repair now.

      In short: Larry knows these units well.
