Exhaust Manifold Sequence Question 900 1992

When reinstalling the exhaust manifold after a head gasket change, what is the correct sequence of items on the studs. I think it is:
1. Dished washer
2. Spark plug heat shield
3. Copper nut

Is that correct?

Also are there 4 heat shields and did I lose one? I only find 3 right now.

there are only three heat shields. i just took my exhaust manifold off last week and i think i remember flat washers on the outside of the heat shields

There are 4 heat shields.

I thought there were flat washers on the outside of the heat shields between the lock nut and the heat shield. Often they leave marks on the shields (circular rust stains), but I might be mistaken...
