I could have sworn that in stumbling around the internet at one point I found someones website who was making various upgrades for 122's, one of which was a new teflon insert for the notoriously broken or loose wagon upper tailgate lid.
I thought it might be the swedish embassy but no luck... any ideas besides cutting up my girlfriend's cutting board?

I made one out of steel. Properly greased, it works fine.
