about to bolt tranny back on - flex plate aligned? 200

Thanks to all the great help here I found out why my car wouldn't start. Now I'm about to put the tranny back on what I think is the correctly aligned flex plate.

Can anyone confirm that the stamped arrow on the flex plate/flywheel should be pointing directly at the CPS mounted on the engine - that's not exactly 12:00 as in the FAQ but the keyring riveted to the flexplate is just like the FAQ states in the bottom section of the starter hole.

Tnanks - just not wanting to have to unbolt the tranny again if I don't have to.
