Via the "Genuine Volvo Parts" section of the Volvo main website, you can supposedly still buy this cap via the GVP link below. After selecting the model type "240/260", see "Section 77, page 1024" on the link below for the part/cap diagram. I assume the parts here are on the pricey side.

For a picture of the wheel and cap in question, see link #2 below, about halfway down. The cap in question is the old metal center cap with the "V" in the middle, and is supposedly very rare.

Thirdly, there is a also a wheel restorer/bender in Pennsylvania that has an incredibly large selection of Volvo wheels and wheel caps for sale. While these used/reconditioned wheels are somewhat on the pricey side, what is interesting here is that this vendor has put together a complete listing of all Volvo wheels not only by model number but model number AND year. Usually, these sites give a wide range of years wheel types were available. This site tells what exact year, and what exact model, a wheel type was offered by Volvo. I had no idea "Scorpius-X' wheels were offered in 1994 on 940's. See link #3 for this website listing - perhaps this guy could have a cap.

Finally, there is an old posting on Turbobricks as to the all the various Volvo wheel types through the ages. It's about 13 pages of very interesting stuff and is entitled "the Newbie Guide to Volvo Factory Wheels":
