91 940t - no pulse to fuel injectors? 900

I am having a no start issue with my 91 940 turbo wagon.
The car has been sitting for about three months because I didn't wan't to drive it on the salty New England roads.
The engine cranks fine with good spark and I have verified fuel delivery to
the rail.

I have traced the problem to a lack of signal to the fuel injectors.
The radio noise suppression solenoid (fuel injector solenoid) has been
tested by swapping with a known good unit.
The solenoid is getting power.

I have run the OBD test with the box under the hood, the code is 1-1-1
No faults found?

The car is all original with less than 100k.
All original wiring appears intact.
No animal nests in the car.

Any idea what the problem could be?

I have been searching for a good wiring diagram online, but the only one I have found has
different color codes than my car.

Does anyone have a link for the correct diagram for a 91 940 turbo with a b230ft?

Thanks,

Chris

Problem Solved!!!

My research led me to believe the Radio Noise Suppression Relay was located on the coolant expansion tank, however.. on my car it is right next to the power steering reservoir. DOH!

Thanks for all the feedback.

Chris

Sounds like the RSR (radio Suppression relay). There are usually two I identical black relays under the hood, side-by-side (not sure where on a turbo). Swap them and see is the car starts.

Thanks for the info.
I did test that relay, I called it a solenoid in my post.
Any other ideas?

Chris

RSR ground. See link. http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/volvo/1324108/940/960/980/V90/S90/geezer_stumped_wins_end.html
How are you testing for signal to injectors? Noid light? Have you confirmed fuel pressure at fuel rail(Schrader valve)?

The link in your post does not work?

I didnt make it a "hyperlink". Copy and paste it in the address line, or simply search "geezer stumped" on the site. Search "lucid RSR bypass" for details on the wiring colors AND how to permanently bypass.

I definitely have fuel at the rail. My system does not have a schrader valve, so I disconnected the fuel return and cycled the ignition.
I tested the injector signal with a Noid light.

Do you know what color wire at the SRS relay connector should give me ground?

Chris
